In response to the growing global demand for high-precision, high-stability small lifting equipment, JOJO Machinery has recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of its intelligent manufacturing system, further optimizing production processes, quality inspection standards, and digital management workflows. With over 28 years of professional experience in the research, development, and manufacturing of small-scale cranes, the company has built a standardized modern production base covering 200 acres with a building area of more than 80,000 square meters. The factory is equipped with over 200 sets of advanced domestic and international processing and testing equipment, covering precision cutting, forming, welding, surface treatment, and finished product performance testing, forming a complete closed-loop production system.
To eliminate quality fluctuations caused by manual operation differences, JOJO Machinery has fully promoted modular partition production and automated intelligent transformation. The popularization of robotic welding technology ensures consistent welding accuracy for key structural parts of cranes, stabilizing the product welding qualification rate at 99.8%. At the same time, the automatic electrostatic painting production line greatly improves the surface anti-corrosion and wear resistance of equipment, effectively extending the service life of products in complex outdoor and high-frequency working scenarios. The factory adopts MES manufacturing execution system and WMS intelligent warehousing management system simultaneously, realizing real-time monitoring of production progress, accurate scheduling of raw materials, and traceable management of all production links from incoming materials, process processing, and semi-finished product inspection to finished product loading test and factory delivery.
The systematic intelligent upgrade not only greatly improves production efficiency but also further stabilizes delivery capacity. At present, JOJO Machinery’s annual comprehensive production capacity remains stable at 1,200 units. The standardized production process shortens the production cycle of conventional equipment to 30–45 days, while personalized customized equipment that adapts to special working conditions can be stably delivered within 45–60 days. All products strictly comply with international standards and have passed CE, EPA and other authoritative international certifications. The reliable product quality and standardized production management have won long-term trust and repeated orders from customers in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, laying a solid foundation for the company’s sustained and steady development in the global market.
