Ten tonnes is where the buyer changes. Facade crews rarely need it. Plant engineers, millwrights and industrial contractors do: chillers, transformers, skid units, presses, motor sets and ductwork sections, lifted into plant rooms and yards where a mobile crane has no room to set up.
The machine is 5.9 m long, 1.8 m wide and 2.3 m high folded. That footprint, not the rating, is the reason it gets used. A 25-tonne mobile crane cannot reach the middle of a plant room; this machine walks in through the loading door and sets up between columns.

Power comes from a Yunai diesel rated 76 kW on a 40 L tank with a 24 V 45 Ah battery, starting from -50 C to +45 C. The winch is rated 10 t with a 12 mm rope of 100 m, hook speed 11 m/min on two speeds, and lifting is four-part reeved to match the class.
Boom travel runs 5.5 m to 21 m in about fifty-eight seconds, luffing 0 to 78 degrees in fifteen and slewing continuously through 360 degrees in forty. Slower figures than the smaller machines, and deliberately so: on a ten-tonne lift, momentum is the enemy.

This model moves up from manual screw-out legs to hydraulic telescopic outriggers with hydraulic support, spreading to 6,960 mm along the machine, 5,900 mm at the rear and 6,620 mm at the front. Steel tracks 300 mm wide on a 135 mm pitch over 41 sections carry it at 0 to 2.5 km/h with 25 degrees or 36 percent of gradeability.
Hydraulics are not a luxury at this weight. Setting four legs by hand on a 10.5 t carrier is a two-man job and a slow one, and every lift starts with the machine level. Buyers who work alone specify the hydraulic option without being asked twice.

Standard 10-ton crawler spider crane, customisable across the 1.2 t to 16 t range. Optional devices are quoted separately.

Torque controller, remote control, cradle and hydraulic flying jib, in red, green, yellow, white, grey or black. Typical work: plant room installation, chiller and transformer sets, skid-mounted process equipment, ductwork and dampers, machinery relocation, and heavy steel in buildings where a mobile crane cannot set up.

Q: What is the advantage of hydraulic outriggers on the 10 ton spider crane? A: Setup speed and level accuracy. Four legs are extended and settled under power rather than by hand, which matters on a 10.5 t carrier and when the operator works alone.
Q: Can it be used on a mezzanine or slab? A: The outrigger loadings are supplied with the quotation for your engineer. Spread at 6,960 mm is what makes a slab installation realistic, but it remains a structural check.
Q: How is the machine shipped? A: Crates with the boom retracted, at 5.9 m long, 1.8 m wide and 2.3 m high. Mixed orders ship better per unit in a single container.
Q: What engine is fitted? A: A 76 kW Yunai diesel on 40 L, with the alternative brands available where a buyer prefers a specific supplier.
Q: Lead time and terms? A: 20 to 30 days standard, plus 10 to 15 days for customisation, with 30 percent deposit and 70 percent against shipping documents.
Send the heaviest pick with its radius, the lifting height, the access route into where the machine must work, the ground or slab it will stand on, and the destination port. We return a quotation with the machine, options, spare parts and freight broken out. Minimum order is one unit, with a 12-month warranty and exploded-view parts catalogues supplied.
